Every contract carried out by Nimrod is accompanied by a management plan tailored specifically to the needs of the site and the feasible eradication techniques. Nimrod can offer a range of warranties from 12 months to 10 years within our management plans. We also offer Insurance Backed warranties on contracts over the value of £10,000.
Some of our competitors will claim that eradication can be achieved within one season. The reality is that this is possible in some situations when certain chemicals can be employed, however rhizome (root systems) can still be viable for a number of years, so careful monitoring is needed. The management plan provides a monitoring and treatment program for the site to ensure that eradication is guaranteed every time.
We have a dedicated re-visit team to repeat applications, monitor the site and provide a report on the current status. The management plans cover the cost of in-situ treatment for any re-growth which may occur on-site and demonstrate our commitment and confidence of consistent results, cementing our place at the forefront of our market.

Every Green Roof contract carried out by Nimrod comes with a 20 year warranty and this can also be Insurance Backed.
This guarantee is designed to protect the customer against faulty workmanship or defective materials for a period of twenty years from completion of the work.
We also guarantee that if, in the period of twenty years after completion of the work, the roof fails (either as a result of defective workmanship or inadequate materials) then Nimrod will rectify any such failure at its own cost.
